This is because prospects in some locations will be more receptive to this strategy than prospects in other areas, and your competitors in some areas may be using it more heavily than my direct competitors are using it.
Furthermore, the prospects in my region are extremely affluent, and the strategy is more likely to work in areas where the prospects are well-to-do. It might not be as effective in geographic regions where prospects tend to be less affluent.
· The time of year in which you implement the strategy
This strategy has the potential to achieve very fast results if you implement it at the time when sellers in your neighborhood typically want to sell their homes.
It can also work if you implement it in the off season, but that will be a slower process.
In any case, the leads you generate from this may need some nurturing before they’re ready to sign a listing agreement.
